To promote the concept of Performance Excellence amongst Indian organizations - the IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award Trust (IMC RBNQA) has organized Catalyst for Nation-building a 1-day Workshop on ‘Understanding the IMC RBNQA Criteria’. The program focuses on preparing applicants who wish to enter the contest of worldclass quality management.
The workshop is targeted towards CEOs, Division Heads, Function Heads, General Managers, Medical Directors, Principals, Faculty and Administrator of educational and healthcare institutions. It will include sessions which provide deep understanding of each of the criterion parts of the IMC RBNQA model namely Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Information Analysis and Knowledge Management, Process Management, Workforce Management & Business Results. The faculty for the Workshop will be Dr. Geeta Bharadwaj, Executive Director, IMC Quality Cell. |
